Mr. Jeffrey Raich is CoPresident, CoFounder, Managing Director, Director of Moelis Co. He is a CoFounder and has served as CoPresident since September 2015 and as a Managing Director of our Company since 2007. Mr. Raich was a director since April 2014. Prior to founding our Company, Mr. Raich worked at UBS from 2001 to 2007 where he was most recently Joint Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Raich was a Managing Director and Head of West Coast Mergers and Acquisitions at Donaldson, Lufkin Jenrette, where he worked from 1996 to 2000. He began his career as an investment banker with PaineWebber in 1989. Mr. Raich is a member of the McIntire School of Commerce Advisory Board at the University of Virginia and a Board Member of the UCLA Health System since 2021.

Elected by the shareholders, the Moelis' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Moelis inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Moelis.
