Mr. Luca Franceschini serves as Executive Vice President Integrated Compliance at Eni S.P.A. In 2005 he returned to Eni SpA as head of the Italian Legal Assistance of the Gas Power Division. Following the centralization of the legal functions in Eni Central Legal Department, he takes care of legal regulation and antitrust assistance, gradually widening his areas of responsibility and becoming in 2009 responsible for the Business and Antitrust Legal Assistance as well as legal reference for the legal assistance to the activities of the Refining Marketing sector. He has also been a director of Italgas and Stogit. In 2015 he took on the position of Executive Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Compliance of Eni. He graduated in Law at the University of Milan and a lawyer registered in the special list of the Rome Bar Association. since 2021.
