Mr. Gino A. Martocci is Executive Vice President of the Company. He is responsible for comanaging with Mr. Hickey MT Banks commercial banking lines of business and all nonretail banking segments in the metropolitan New York City, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Delaware, Baltimore and Washington, D.C. markets. He is also responsible for MT Realty Capital. Mr. Martocci was a senior vice president of MT Bank from 2002 to 2013, serving in a number of management positions. He is chairman of the board and a director of MT Realty Capital, an executive vice president of MT Real Estate, cochairman of the Senior Loan Committee and a member of the New York City Mortgage Investment Committee since 2014.
