Dr. Paolo Burlando serves as NonExecutive Independent Director of Buzzi Unicem S.p.A, since 2008. Since 1997 he has worked as a chartered accountant, specializing in extraordinary corporate fi nance. He is a member of the boards and supervisory bodies for different companies among the others he is a statutory auditor for Mutui Online SpA, a company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, and SACE BT SpA, an insurance company of the SACE CdP group.
