Ms. Shawn Duffy is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company. She joined Viasat in 2005 as Corporationrationrate Controller. In 2009, she was appointed Viasats Vice President and Corporationrationrate Controller and in 2012 was appointed Vice President Corporationrationrate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.
