Previously, he was a General Partner in Riordan, Lewis Haden, a private equity firm, and serves on the boards of Tetra Tech, Inc., an environmental consulting company, MWF, a mutual fund complex managed by an affiliate of the Advisor, and TFI, a mutual fund complex managed by the Advisor, of which he is also the Independent Chairman. Mr. Haden is a Rhodes Scholar and prior to August 2010 was a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Southern California.
