From December 2006 to October 2010, Mr. Batinovich served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Glenborough, LLC, a company formed by an affiliate of Morgan Stanley to acquire Glenborough Realty Trust. In 1996, Mr. Batinovich cofounded Glenborough Realty Trust and was President and Chief Executive Officer and a director at the time of the sale in 2006 since 2011.
