Ms. Blackwell served as CEO of Cummins Foundation and Executive Vice President of Corporationrationrate Responsibility of Cummins Inc. from 2008 until her retirement in 2013. At Cummins she previously served as Executive Vice President and CFO, Vice President, Cummins Business Services, Vice President, Human Resources, and Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining Cummins, Ms. Blackwell served as the Budget Director for the State of Indiana, and as the Executive Director of the Indiana State Lottery Commission. Prior to her service on the State Lottery Commission, Ms. Blackwell was a partner at Bose McKinney Evans LLP, where she practiced in the area of financial and real estate transactions. Ms. Blackwell has served, and continues to serve, on various nonprofit boards. since 2021.
