Dr. Fabozzis longstanding service on the Boards also provides him with a specific understanding of the Funds, their operations and the business and regulatory issues facing the Funds. Moreover, Dr. Fabozzis knowledge of financial and accounting matters qualifies him to serve as a member of each Funds Audit Committee. Dr. Fabozzis independence from the Funds and the Funds investment advisor enhances his service as Chair of the Performance Oversight Committee and as a member of the Governance Committee.
