Mr. William P. Sullivan is an Independent Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Sullivan served as chief executive officer of Agilent Technologies, a global provider of scientific instruments, software, services and consumables in life sciences, diagnostics and applied chemical markets, from 2005 to 2015. He was also Agilents president from 2005 to 2012 and 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Sullivan served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Agilent and senior vice president and general manager of Agilents Semiconductor Products Group. Mr. Sullivan brings to the Board experience as president and chief executive officer of a large public company. He also brings significant operational experience, including leadership of successful company transformation. This experience, particularly in the technology sector and in product and business development, is very valuable to the Board in the changing electric industry. Mr. Sullivan serves as a director of Maxim Integrated and previously served as a director of Agilent Technologies, Avnet, Inc. and URS Corporationrationration. Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of the University of California, Davis. since 2016.
