Dr. Wong Chi Keung is Independent NonExecutive Director of Water Oasis Group Ltd. Dr. Wong holds a Doctorate Degree in Business and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing, Chartered Institute of Housing and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He is a fellow of both The Hong Kong Institute of Directors and the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators. He is an honorary fellow of Guangxi Academy of Social Science as well as a member of the Chinese Peoples Political Consultative Conference, Nanning City, Guangxi, the PRC, and a Senior Assistant Commissioner of Hong Kong Auxiliary Medical Services. Dr. Wong has also held various senior executive positions with some of Hong Kongs leading property companies. Dr. Wong is currently the managing director of Y. T. Realty Group Limited and executive director of The CrossHarbour Limited, both companies are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Besides, he is a director of The Hong Kong School of Motoring Limited and an alternate director of Autotoll Limited. since 2004.

Water Oasis Group Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Water Oasis' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Water Oasis inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Water. The board's role is to monitor Water Oasis' management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Water Oasis' inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects.
