Ms. Loretta J. Feehan is NonExecutive Chairman of the Boardof the Company. She has served as chair of the board of us, CompX, Kronos Worldwide and NL since 2017, and as a director of each such company since 2014. She is a certified public accountant who consults on financial and tax matters. She served as a tax partner with Deloitte and Touche LLP in the Denver office until 1992 primarily serving corporate clients. Ms. Feehan also taught continuing education courses to tax practitioners around the country for many years. Ms. Feehan was a financial advisor to Serena Simmons Connelly and Lisa K. Simmons since prior to 2014. since 2017.
