He was Advisor of the Association of Indonesian Biofuels Producers, Chairman of the Plantations and Forestry Compartment of KADINDA Jambi, Chairman of GAPKI Jambi, Deputy Head for Forestry and Plantation Division of PII and Head of HR of Central GAPKI. He graduated from Bogor Institute of Agriculture in the field of Aquaculture in 1991 and obtained MBA in Finance from the Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, USA, in 1994. since 2013.
