Ms. Ann Frances Godbehere was Independent Director at UBS Group AG since November 26, 2014. She was elected to the BoD of UBS AG at the 2009 AGM and of UBS Group AG in November 2014. She has chaired the Compensation Committee since 2011 and was a member of the Audit Committee since 2009. Ms. Godbehere was appointed CFO and Executive Director of Northern Rock in February 2008, serving in these roles during the initial phase of the businesss public ownership until the end of January 2009. Prior to this role, she served as CFO of Swiss Re Group from 2003 to 2007. Ms. Godbehere was CFO of its Property Casualty division in Zurich for two years. Prior to this, she served as CFO of the Life Health division in London for three years. From 1997 to 1998, she was CEO of Swiss Re Life Health Canada and head of IT for Swiss Re in North America. Between 1996 and 1997, she was CFO of Swiss Re Life Health North America since 2014.
