From April 2002 until July 2004, Mr. Yeaman served as President and Chief Executive Officer from March 2000 until April 2002, he served as President and CoChief Executive Officer and from December 1998 until March 2000, he was President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Yeaman was elected to our Board of Directors in February 1999. Mr. Yeaman also serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee. From 1980 until 1998, Mr. Yeaman was associated with Electronic Data Systems Corporation . Mr. Yeaman began his career with Eastman Kodak Company. since 2017.
