Mr. Frank Lin is Director of Tuniu Corporationration Mr. Lin has served as our director since December 2009. Mr. Lin is a general partner of DCM, a technology VC firm. Prior to joining DCM in 2006, Mr. Lin was chief operating officer of SINA Corporationrationration, a Nasdaqlisted company. Mr. Lin cofounded sina.coms precursor company, SinaNet, in 1995 and later guided the company through its listing on Nasdaq. Prior to founding SinaNet, Mr. Lin was a consultant at Ernst Young Management Consulting Group. Mr. Lin had also held various marketing, engineering and managerial positions at Octel Communication Inc. and NYNEX. Mr. Lin currently serves on the board of directors of numerous companies invested by DCM, including Vipshop Holdings Limited, a NYSElisted company, and 58.com Inc., a NYSElisted company since 2009.
