Mr. Wei Qi was Executive Chairman of the Board at Tianhe Chemicals Group Limited since May 2007. He is director of all subsidiaries of the Company except Tianhe Zhiye. He joined the Company in August 2004 as Chairman and General Manager of FHT. He has experience as Chairman and General Manager of Jinzhou DPFTH and Liaoning Tianhe, as well as Vice Chief of Yi County Transportation Bureau and Deputy Manager and then Manager of Yi County Transportation Co Ltd. He also established Yi County Fine Chemicals Factory. He completed three years education in chemical machinery from Liaoning University in the PRC in July 1986. since 2007.
