Six Flags Management Efficiency

The company has Return on Asset of 0.0798 % which means that on every $100 spent on assets, it made $0.0798 of profit. This is way below average. Six Flags' management efficiency ratios could be used to measure how well Six Flags manages its routine affairs as well as how well it operates its assets and liabilities. Return On Equity is likely to rise to 0.35 in 2024, despite the fact that Return On Tangible Assets are likely to grow to (0.21). At this time, Six Flags' Total Assets are fairly stable compared to the past year. Total Current Assets is likely to rise to about 300.8 M in 2024, whereas Non Current Assets Total are likely to drop slightly above 2.1 B in 2024.
The company has 236.87 M in debt with debt to equity (D/E) ratio of 569.6, demonstrating that the company may be unable to create cash to meet all of its financial commitments. Six Flags Entertainment has a current ratio of 0.4, suggesting that it has not enough short term capital to pay financial commitments when the payables are due. Debt can assist Six Flags until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, Six Flags' shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like Six Flags Entertainment sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for Six to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about Six Flags' use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity.
