Mr. Canfield serves on the board and on the audit and nominating and corporate governance committees of Iridium Communications Inc. a satellite communications company. Mr. Canfield previously served on the board of directors of Tricom S.A. a telecommunications company, from 2004 to 2010. since 2007.
