Mr. Axel Dumas serves at Hermes International S.C.A. as CoChief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Committee since June 4, 2013. He was previously the Company Managing Director of Operations and Member of the Executive Committee since May 2, 2011. A graduate of Institut dEtudes Politiques de Paris and of Harvard AMP, he also holds a degree in Philosophy from La Sorbonne University. Since his arrival at the Company in 2003, Mr. Dumas has held a number of key positions, including Managing Director of Jewelry and then of leather goods. Before joining the Company, he worked for BNPParibas both in China and in the USA. since 2013.

Remote Monitored Systems Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Remote Monitored's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Remote Monitored inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Remote. The board's role is to monitor Remote Monitored's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Remote Monitored's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, Remote Monitored's outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
