Mr. Anthony Michael Sanfilippo is Independent Director of the company. Prior to joining Multimedia Games, he served in leadership roles at Harrah Entertainment, Inc. including serving as president and chief operating officer for Harrahs New Orleans and a board member of Jazz Casino Corporationration Mr. Sanfilippo brings to the Board significant senior executive and operating expertise from his experience in the gaming and hospitality industries. Mr. Sanfilippo was initially appointed to the Board, and was selected as a director nominee, pursuant to the Governance Agreement.
