From September 2005 until March 2011, Paul was a nonexecutive director of Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, including as Senior Independent Director, Audit Committee Chairman and Remuneration Committee Chairman. He was also a nonexecutive director and Audit Committee Chairman of KazMunaiGas Exploration Production until the end of September 2012. Other appointments Paul is a member of the Securities Institute and Chairman of Henderson Diversified Income Limited and of the Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust . Paul is also Chairman of TheCityUKs Advisory Council. since 2012.
