Mr. Fabio Luchetti serves as Director of Porto Seguro SA. He is a company administrator graduated from Faculdade de Administrao e Cincias Econmicas SantAnna in 1986. He concluded a professional update in High Performance in Leadership and in Adigo, where he had contact with anthroposophy and its archetypes, both found in his management style. He was a member of the Companys Board of Directors since March 2018. He worked as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from August 2012 and March 2018, previously working as Executive VicePresident. He works as Director of Porto Seguro Ita Unibanco Participaes S.A., the holding company of the Company, since its incorporation in 2009. In 1984 he joined Porto Seguro Companhia de Seguros Gerais, an insurance company controlled by the Company, as a collection assistant, taking over the position of Technical Manager in 1996 and promoted to Issue Officer in August 2000. He took over the Operations Office in March 2001 and has answered as Executive Vice President between March 2006 and August 2012, when he became the Chief Executive Officer.
