Mr. Thomas Golden Dagger is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporationrationrate Secretary of the company. He joined us in his current role in November 2006. Prior to joining us, Mr. Dagger served as inhouse legal counsel for ATT Corporationration, a major communications company, from 1992 to 2006, where most recently he was Law Vice President and Vice President and General Counsel for ATTs Teleport Communications Group Inc. subsidiary. In this role, he was responsible for legal support for all of ATTs U.S. network operations, RD, worldwide customer care and business local services. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dagger was an associate at the law firm of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen Hamilton since 2006.

Phibro Animal Health Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Phibro Animal's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Phibro Animal inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Phibro.
