Mr. Murphy served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SmurfitStone Container Corporation from 2009 to 2010, where he led the financial restructuring of SmurfitStone during its Chapter 11 reorganization. Mr. Murphy was President and Chief Executive Officer of Accuride Corporationrationration, Inc. and a member of its board of directors until October 2008. Mr. Murphy served as Accurides President and Chief Operating Officer from January 2007 to October 2007. Accuride filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy in October 2009 and emerged in 2010. He served as President and Chief Financial Officer from February 2006 to December 2006 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from March 1998 to January 2006. Mr. Murphy holds a BS in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and a MBA from the University of Colorado and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Murphy is being renominated as a Director because, among his other qualifications, he possesses experience and expertise in the automotive aftermarket industry, in the accounting and finance areas, including experience as a chief financial officer, and he possesses experience in restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. since 2003.
