Mr. Tsang Yam Pui, GBS, OBE, QPM, CPM, serves as NonExecutive Director of the Company with effect from 1 January 2019. He was appointed as Executive Director in June 2004 and became the Chief Executive Officer on 1 July 2015. He is also the Chairman of the Corporationrationrate Social Responsibility Committee and a member of the Executive Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee of the Company and also a director of certain subsidiaries of the Group. Mr Tsang is the Vice Chairman of New World First Bus Services Limited, Citybus Limited, New World First Bus Services Limited and New World First Ferry Services Limited. He is also a director of GHK Hospital Limited which owns and operates Gleneagles Hong Kong Hospital. Mr Tsang is a nonexecutive director of Wai Kee Holdings Limited, a listed public company in Hong Kong. He is also a director of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd in Singapore and the Chairman and a nonexecutive director of Mapletree Commercial Trust Management Ltd. . Prior to joining the Company, Mr Tsang had served with the Hong Kong Police Force for 38 years and retired from the Force as its Commissioner in December 2003. He has extensive experience in corporate leadership and public administration. Mr Tsang was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star, the OBE, the Queens Police Medal, the Colonial Police Medal for Meritorious Service, the Commissioners Commendation, and the HKSAR Police Long Service Medal. since 2019.

NWS Holdings Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the NWS Holdings' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: NWS Holdings inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of NWS. The board's role is to monitor NWS Holdings' management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. NWS Holdings' inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects.
