Ms. Henretta was a director at Corning Incorporated since 2013, and currently serves on its audit and corporate relations committees. She is a director of Meritage Homes Corporationrationration, and serves on its nominating and corporate governance committees. Ms. Henretta served as a director of Staples, Inc. from June 2016 until September 2017 and served on its compensation committee. Additionally, she serves on the board of trustees for Xavier University and St. Bonaventure University. since 2015.
