From 1997 to 1999, he worked at Booz Allen and Hamilton in Latin America. From 1991 to 1995, he held various positions in Esso Chile, a subsidiary of Exxon. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Ponitificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and an MBA degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. since 2008.
