Dr. Richard R. Green is an Independent Director of Liberty Broadband Corporationrationration. Dr. Green has served as a director of our company since November 2014. For over 20 years, Dr. Green served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CableLabs before retiring in December 2009. Prior to joining CableLabs, he was a senior vice president at PBS from 1984 through 1988, and served as a director of CBSs Advanced Television Technology Laboratory from 1980 through 1983. Dr. Green is a Professor of Engineering and Director of the Center of Technology and Innovation at the University of Denver. He also serves as a director of JonesNCTI, a Jones Knowledge Company, which is a workforce performance solutions company for individuals and broadband companies since 2014.
