Mr. Joseph L. Morea is an Independent Trustee of the company since January 11, 2018. Mr. Morea serves as an independent director of TA, an independent trustee of RIF and TRMT, a director of Garrison Capital Inc. and a trustee of THL Credit Senior Loan Fund and Eagle Growth Income Opportunities Fund since 2018.
