Mr. Oriano Sirri serves as Director of Planning Control and Energy Distribution Services at Hera S.p.A. since January 2013. He was Director of Ferrara Area Operational Business Unit of Hera SpA from January 2010 to January 2013. In 1982 and 1983 he worked as an administrator at Grillo SpA. He was a business consultant in IT systems and administration at Arthur Andersen Management Consulting from 1984 to 1988. From 1988 to 1991 he was head of management control at Coop Romagna Marche a mediumsized supermarket chain. From 1991 to 1993 he consulted on control administration and finance matters particularly with relation to the business processes of Gruppo Pro in Bologna. He was a controller at Sorin Group between 1993 and 2000. From 2000 to 2005 he was director of administration finance and control at Meta SpA. In January 2006 following the merger of Meta into Hera SpA he became COO of Hera Ferrara Srl with responsibility for the following local services water energy distribution environment and customer management. He graduated in Business and Economics and holds a Masters in Business Management Techniques from Isvor Fiat di Torino obtained in 1984. since 2013.
