Prior to that, Mr. Hodgins held the position of Vice President and Treasurer of Canadian Pacific Limited and NYSElisted diversified energy, transportation and hotels company from 1998 to 2002 and was Chief Financial Officer of TransCanada PipeLines Limited from 1993 to 1998. At present, Mr. Hodgins serves as a director of AltaGas Ltd., EnerPlus Corporation and MEG Energy Corporationration Since September 2018, Mr. Hodgins holds the position of Senior Advisor, Investment Banking at Canaccord Genuity Corporationration Mr. Hodgins received an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Business from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and received a Chartered Accountant designation and was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 1977 and Alberta in 1991. Mr. Hodgins is a member of the Institute of Corporationrationrate Directors. Qualifications With 30plus years in the oil and gas industry as an executive and director and a strong reputation in the Canadian business community, Mr. Hodgins brings valuable industry and leadership experience to the Board. As a Chartered Professional Accountant and experienced executive in senior financial roles with several Canadian companies, Mr. Hodgins qualifies as one of Gran Tierras Audit Committee financial experts. since 2015.
