Mr. Scott McDougald Sutton is no longer Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective February 28, 2019. He has served as our Chief Operating Officer since March 2017 and as our Executive Vice President and President, Materials Solutions since June 2015. From January 2015 to June 2015, Mr. Sutton served as our Vice President and General Manager of the Engineered Materials business. Prior to January 2015, Mr. Sutton served as our Vice President of Supply Chain from March 2014 to January 2015 and as our Vice President of Acetic Acid and Anhydride from August 2013 to March 2014. Mr. Sutton had 28 years of industry experience prior to joining the Company, including serving as President and General Manager of Chemtura Corporation AgroSolutions business, business manager for Landmark Structures and Vice President of a division of Albemarle Corporationrationration. Mr. Sutton earned a civil engineering degree from Louisiana State University and is a registered professional engineer in Texas. since 2017.
