Mr. Frank Ove Reite no longer serves as Chairman of the Board of Akastor ASA, effective as of April 6, 2018. He has held the position since September 28, 2015. He no longer serves as President Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective as of August 10, 2015. He joined Akastor from the Norwegian investment management and advisory firm Converto which he cofounded in 2009 and where he was managing partner. Mr. Reite has earlier held a variety of executive positions in the Aker group, including overseeing and developing Aker investments in Converto Capital Fund AS, Havfisk ASA, Norway Seafoods Group AS and Aker Yards ASA. He first joined Aker in 1995 and Became Chief Financial Officer in Aker ASA in August 2015. Mr. Reite also has experience from the banking industry and served as Operating Director at Paine Partners, a New Yorkbased private equity firm since 2015.

Akastor ASA Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Akastor ASA's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Akastor ASA inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Akastor.
