Ms. Candice Koo has served as Independent Director of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. since March 16, 2012. She is Member of the Control and Risks Committee and of the Remuneration Committee within the Company. After graduating from Phillips Academy she obtained her BA from Brown University in 1999. In November 1999 she joined Li Fung S.r.l., based in Florence, where until 2000 she worked on product development. From November 2000 to August 2002 she worked in Li Fung Ltds Hong Kong branch where she held various positions, being responsible above all for quality control, operations supervision and business planning. From 2002 to 2005 she did an haute couture course at Il Bagatto fashion house in Bologna, which specializes in haute couture and leather apparel. In December 2004 she earned a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the Johns Hopkins University in Bologna. She joined Herms Group in November 2005 and until October 2008 held various positions in Herms Italys divisions Herms SellierOperations development management, Womens PrtPorter Herms Sales DivisionCustomer Service Herms Distribution FranceSales Management Herms SellierOperations development management, Leather Goods. From November 2008 to December 2013 she is head of the Herms Group Retail Merchandising Department, which covers all product categories and all geographic areas from January 2014 until February 2016 she has also been Director of Operations. In January 2015 found a new company, Dolcezza Holdings, of which she is Director, which provides commercial consultancies to other companies and manages electronic payments through a subsidiary company, Cancan, based in Bangkok, of which she is Managing Director. She holds British, Canadian and Hong Kong citizenships. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, French, Italian, Mandarin and Arabic. since 2012.
