Mr. Sadler served as a director of Gibraltar Industries, Inc. from 2004 to 2015 and as a director of Security Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York until 2015. He is a director of MT Bank, Chairman of its Executive Committee and Chairman of its Trust and Investment Committee. Mr. Sadler is a member of the Trust and Investment Committee of Wilmington Trust, N.A. and serves as the Chairman of the Florida Advisory Council of Wilmington Trust, N.A since 2010.
