Dr. Remi Delansorne serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Hybrigenics SA since October 15, 2007. In addition to that, he is a Member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Merger and Acquisitions Committee of Hybrigenics SA. He previously served as Vice President of Research and Development of the Company from 2004. He holds a Doctorate of Science in Veterinary Science from Ecole Nationale Veterinaire dAlfort and a Ph.D. in Life Sciences from Universite Paris VI Pierre et Marie Curie. After a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, he joined the pharmaceutical industry in 1985 in Theramex, where he held several positions in preclinical Research and Development until the company was integrated into the Merck Group in 2000. In 2002, Dr. Delansorne became Merck Global Head of Diabetes Research and responsible for the three preclinical sites in France. since 2007.
