Mr. David C. Baldwin is Independent Director of the company since February 28, 2017. He has served on Beckman Production Services, Inc.s board of directors prior to its merger with and into the Company on that date. Mr. David C. Baldwin serves as CoPresident of SCF Partners since April 2014 and has served as its Managing Director since 1999. Mr. Baldwin is responsible for overseeing U.S. based investments and creating investment platforms around emerging energy trends. Mr. Baldwin joined SCF Partners in 1991. From September 2002 to April 2004, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Production Services, Ltd. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of ION Geophysical Corporation from June 1999 to January 2000. He started his career as a Drilling and Production Engineer with Union Pacific Resources. He later went on to start an energy consulting business and worked for General Atlantic Partners. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Forum Energy Technologies, Select Energy Services, Inc., and Oil Patch Group, Inc. Additionally he is a Trustee of The Center, The Center Foundation, The Baylor College of Medicine, and Baylor St. Lukes Medical Center Hospital since 2017.
