Ms. Suzanne Heywood has served as Chairman of the Board of CNH Industrial N.V. since July 21, 2018. She has acted as Member of of the Governance and Sustainability Committee and Member of the Compensation Committee of the Company. She served as NonExecutive Director at CNH Industrial N.V. until July 21, 2018. She is a of the Governance and Sustainability Committee and Member of the Compensation Committee of the Company. She became a Managing Director of EXOR in 2016. Prior to that she worked at McKinsey Company which she joined as an associate in 1997 and left as a Senior Partner in 2016. Lady Heywood led McKinseys global service line on organization design for several years and also worked extensively on strategic issues with clients across different sectors. She has published a book, Reorg, and multiple articles on these topics and has also acted as a visiting lecturer at Tsinghua University in Beijing. Suzanne started her career in the U.K. Government as a Civil Servant in the U.K. Treasury. At the Treasury she worked as Private Secretary to the Financial Secretary as well as leading thinking on the Governments privatization policy and supporting the Chancellor in negotiations at ECOFIN in Brussels. Prior to that she studied science at Oxford University and then at Cambridge University . Lady Heywood is also a Board Member of The Economist and of the Royal Opera House and the Royal Academy of Arts Trust. since 2021.
