Mr. Gordon Stephenson is an Independent Directors of the Company. Mr. Stephenson is the cofounder and was the Managing Broker of Real Property Associates, an independent real estate brokerage in the Pacific Northwest, since its inception in 1991. Prior to founding RPA, Mr. Stephenson was an associate broker with Prudential MacPhersons and Windermere Real Estate, both of which are real estate sales and brokerage companies based in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Stephenson serves on the boards of directors of Anchor Bancorp, a bank holding company, and its wholly owned subsidiary, Anchor Bank, a communitybased savings bank. Mr. Stephenson holds an A.B. in Economics from Stanford University. Mr. Stephenson is qualified to serve on our board of directors because he brings extensive experience in the residential real estate industry as a founder and manager of a real estate brokerage firm.
