Mr. Wan Long is Executive Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of WH Group Ltd. He was appointed as a Director on October 16, 2007 and was the Chairman of our Board since November 26, 2010. He also holds directorships in various subsidiaries of the Group. He was designated as our executive Director on December 31, 2013 and was the Companys chief executive officer since October 2013. Mr. Wan was the chairman of the board of Shuanghui Development since August 20, 2012. Mr. Wan joined Henan Luohe Meat Products Processing United Factory in May 1968 and became the general manager of the factory in 1984. Under Mr. Wans direction, our business has grown from a local stateowned enterprise in Henan Province into an international company with operations spanning various continents. Mr. Wan has over 40 years of experience in the meat processing industry. He was a representative of the Ninth to Twelfth Chinas National Peoples Congress in 1998, 2003, 2008 and 2013 and was appointed as an executive director of the China Meat Association from December 2006 to December 2011 and a senior consultant of the China Meat Association in 2001

WH Group Limited Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the WH Group's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: WH Group inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of WHGRF.
