Mr. John Anthony Lederer serves as Independent Director of the Company. He was Former President and Chief Executive Officer of US Foods, a leading foodservice distributor in the United States, from September 2010 to July 2015. He has served as a director of US Foods since 2010. From April 2008 to August 2010, he served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Duane Reade, a New Yorkbased pharmacy retailer acquired by Walgreens in April 2010. Prior to Duane Reade, he spent 30 years at Loblaw Companies Limited, Canadas largest grocery retailer and wholesale food distributor. He held a number of leadership roles at Loblaw, including its President from 2000 to 2006. He also has served as a director of Maple Leaf Foods, a Canadian consumer packaged meats company, since May 2016. He served as a director of Restaurant Brands International from December 2014 until June 2016 and as a director of Tim Hortons Inc. from 2007 until December 2014, when it was acquired by Restaurant Brands International. since 2015.
