He is Chairman of the Board of Hydrema Holding ApS, Bogballe Investment AS, Ellepot AS, Ellegaard Investment I AS, PCH Engineering AS, Ellegaard Investment II AS, Bogballe AS, CapHold Guldager ApS, Robco Engineering AS, Robco engineering Investment AS, PCH Investment AS and Guldager AS, Deputy Chairman of the Boards of Rockwool International AS, as well as Member of the Board of Agrometer AS, Agrometer Investment AS, Dansk Smede og Maskinteknik AS and IBPH ApS, TCM Group AS, TCM Group Investment ApS and TMK AS. Vestas Wind Systems Leadership Team
