Mr. Bert Nordberg has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vestas Wind Systems AS since March 29, 2012. He is also Chairman of the Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Company. He was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of Sony Mobile Communications AB, Head of Ericsson Sillicon Valley at Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at LM Ericsson Group, Senior Vice President of Group Function Sales and Marketing at LM Ericsson Group, Head of Business Unit Systems at LM Ericsson Group, Head of Business Unit Global Services at LM Ericsson Group, Executive Vice President of Division Global Services at LM Ericsson Group, EVP of Ericsson Services at LM Ericsson Group, Head of Enterprise Services at LM Ericsson Group and held various management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and Data General Corporationration. He has special competence in restructuring, services and infrastructure business. He also has several years of international business experience and development market knowledge. He is Member of the Boards of AB Electrolux, Essity AB, Saab Group AB and Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA, as well as Chairman of the Board of Sigma Connectivity AB and TDC AS. He finished courses in International Management, Marketing and Finance at INSEAD University, France . He is also Engineer in the Swedish Marines from Berga and holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Sweden . since 2012.

Vestas Wind Systems Leadership Team
