He previously served as a trustee of the Financial Accounting Standards Board, a member of the World Economic Forum International Business Council, and a director of the International Integrated Reporting Council. Mr. Flynn currently serves as a director of Alcoa Corporationrationration, JPMorgan Chase Co. and WalMart Stores, Inc. since 2017.
