Mr. Adam Messinger is Chief Technology Officer of the company. He has served as our head of engineering, product development and design since January 2016 and as our Chief Technology Officer since March 2013 and served as our Vice President, Application Development from April 2012 to March 2013 and as our Vice President, Product Development from November 2011 to April 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Messinger was Vice President of Development at Oracle Corporationrationration, a computer technology company, from January 2008 to November 2011. Mr. Messinger holds a B.S. in Physics and Computer Science from Willamette University and a M.S. from Stanford University. Mr. Messinger currently serves on the boards of directors of Girls Who Code and New Relic, Inc. since 2013.
