Mr. John Ho Hon Ming, F.C.A., F.C.P.A., B.A. ., is Executive Director, Company Secretary of Towngas China Co Ltd., since March 2007. Mr. Ho is the chief financial officer and the company secretary of HKCG and holds directorships in various subsidiaries of HKCG. He is a director of Changchun Gas Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Gas Corporation Ltd. and Foshan Gas Group Co., Ltd., all of which are listed public companies. Mr. Ho is a General Committee member of the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies and a member of the Taxation Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. Mr. Ho graduated from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom with an honorable Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Social Studies . He completed the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School in the United States, the Senior Executive Program offered by Harvard Business School, Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management and China Europe International Business School, and the Chief Executive Program from Singapore Institute of Management. Mr. Ho has over 40 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance and investments. since 2007.

Towngas China Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Towngas China's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Towngas China inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Towngas.
