Mr. Terrence R. Curtin was Chief Executive Officer and Director of TE Connectivity Ltd.since March 8, 2017. Prior to assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Company in March 2017, Mr. Curtin served as TEs President, where he was responsible for all of the companys connectivity and sensor businesses, as well as mergers acquisition activities. In March 2016, he was elected to the Board of Directors. Mr. Curtin also previously led TEs Industrial Solutions segment, which includes the Companys Energy Industrial Aerospace, Defense and Marine and Medical business units. Prior to his role as leader of Industrial Solutions, Mr. Curtin served as TEs Chief Financial Officer, and as the Companys Corporationrationrate Controller. Before joining TE Connectivity, Mr. Curtin was employed by Arthur Andersen LLP since 2017.
