Mr. Lo Shek Hon is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Tencent Holdings Ltd. He joined the Company in 2004 and served as the Companys Financial Controller from 2004 to 2008. Mr Lo was appointed as the Companys Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer in 2008 and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in May 2012. Prior to joining the Company, Mr Lo worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers as Senior Manager . He is a Fellow of the CPA Australia, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Mr Lo received a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Curtin University and an EMBA degree from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and HKUST. Mr Lo currently serves as a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company. since 2012.
