Mr Bruce was an independent nonexecutive director of Vitasoy International Holdings Limited, a beverage manufacturing company, up to 4 September 2014, and of Sands China Ltd., an operator of integrated resorts and casinos, up to 11 March 2016, both of these companies are publicly listed on the Stock Exchange. since 2004.
